I really liked the concept of a clear patch/cover allowing direct visualization of the Libre 3+ CGM and the surrounding skin. This allows early detection of skin reactions or problems with the glucose monitor. The T1DHeroes initially seemed to adhere well however by day 3 one edge started to peel up (see first photo) and by day 6 it had largely fallen off (second photo). It is of course very warm and humid so sweat and multiple showers to stay fresh may have contributed to the patch’s early demise but there was no swimming involved and the patch is described as “waterproof”. It surely is not waterproof. Again, a good concept but just did not perform as described or expected. I have not tried any other brand as a comparison but with the T1DHeros I would say plan on using multiple patches to get through the expected 15 day duration of your Libre3 + device (if it lasts that long but that’s another story). Also, depending on where you place the CGM and how flexible you are you may require assistance to properly apply the patch over the CGM though this would apply to any brand of adhesive patch.

This patch sticks well, but doesnt stay on as long as the patch that the G7 sensor comes with. It hides quite well, if you want to try to hide your sensor. A hot shower will definitely melt the adhesive away, and make it start peeling off, but after the shower it will sort of stick back onto your skin, but it becomes a weak point and will start catching dust and lint, discolor the edges and eventually affecting the adhesive. Now besides it more akin to a temporary cover patch, this patch fits perfectly with the G7 sensor. The odd egg shape of the G7 sensor fits perfectly like it was a default sensor patch. Even the default sensor patch is just a circle and not egg shaped. I would recommend this only for a temporary use and not the long term use most people are accustomed to. The patch feels fine when wearing and you get used to it. The material is soft and flexible and works well with high intensity movements.
I’m not sure if it’s a me problem or the patches because about every other patch I have to it on first day because it starts to peal off. The times that it stays on it stays on the full 10 days. I like the patches because it does cover a lot of area and I don’t have the sensor coming off like I did with patch that comes with the Dexcom. When removing the patch it doesn’t hurt which I appreciate. There are 2 reasons I gave it a 4 star one not every patch last the whole time and for the price.
These adhesive patches are made of good quality material that is thick and durable. They fit perfectly with my Dexcom G7. They are waterproof and stayed on through a week of showers. However, by the end of the Dexcom's wear duration, I had lifting around almost all the edges that would easily get caught when I changed clothes, and even caught my hair occasionally. The surface area of the patch also felt large to me, and just bugged me and felt irritable during the course of wear because of how big they are. I may just be sensitive to some of these issues, but the patch did stay on and was waterproof.
These definitely work better for protecting the sensor than what is provided by the manufacturer of the sensor. I thought it provided way better water protection, and held up to better wear and tear.
These overpatches fit nicely over the libre glucose monitor. I had had several devices fall off when I bumped them. This overpatch has helped to keep the glucose monitors on. The patches are waterproof and they stick really well. I also wanted to see if it would work to help hold on my son's clonidine patch better, but that was not a good use for this product. I would highly recommend these patches to anyone who uses a Libre system.
Good patches in a natural skin hue. The adhesive seems fine, about average, and stays water-resistant for a few water rides at a theme park, even sweating all day. The 20 count for this price was good, about sales price average, and fit perfectly over the arm probe site.
These are made for the larger Libre readers rather than the newer smaller-sized versions, though I was still able to make them work by stretching and positioning them carefully. The fit is not perfectly matched for the smaller sensors, but it was usable.What mattered most to me was adhesion, and these stayed put well. I like these patches because they are of a thick material, kind of like a good quality bandage.There's 20 in the pack so they'll last a long time.They fit the sensors perfectly and are easy to put on by removing the backing tape pieces in order.They have lasted the 15 days with only a little pulling away at the edges. That's from me though, I wear my sensors on my thighs and the pants rub on the patches. Don't get me wrong, the patches do NOT come off until you're ready. They hold good!

I dont have any probs with it coming loose during light swimming. Its a pretty reliable .
